The Canadian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it has struck an agreement with Tennis Canada to provide a significant discount to the Croatian community for this year's Rogers Cup tournament. Through the Chamber discount, Croatian tennis fans can save up to 30% off tickets to see their idols in action. This year's tournament takes place from August 5-13 at the Rexall Centre at York University in Toronto.

Ljubicic and Ancic led Croatia to its first Davis Cup victory in 2005 and are currently in the top ten of the ATP rankings. Both participated in Wimbledon, where Ancic lost to the eventual winner Roger Federer in the quarterfinal and Ljubicic was defeated in the third round to Dmitry Tursunov of Russia. The Croatian tennis superstars hope to reach the Rogers Cup final and we encourage Croats across the country to show their support.

Both players are scheduled to play their first round matches on Monday, August 7 during the matinee or evening session. To find out in which session they will play, simply do the following:

1. Visit the tournament website at http://www.rogerscupmen.com/english after the draw on Sunday, August 6 in the evening. Click on the draw icon at the menu along the top of the page. Look for the 2006 Singles (Toronto) schedule and click on the corresponding link. Identify the session (afternoon or evening) in which they are scheduled to play.
2. To order by telephone, call 1-877-283-6647 and when prompted, enter extension 4306. You will get a representative from group sales. Tell them that you would like to purchase tickets through the Canadian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce discount and then place your order.
3. To order on the internet, go online to www.rogerscup.com/groups. Enter web code: CCC0038-4227405 in the access box and hit the submit button. You will come to the daily session page. Then place the cursor in the blank box of the desired session and enter how many tickets you would like to purchase. Then go to the scroll box below and select your ticket category. Press the Submit Request button.
4. On the next page, select the section in which you would like to sit and press the Buy Tickets button.
5. Fill out the purchase information (you will have about 10 minutes to do so) and press the Submit Order button. You will then be shown a ticket purchase confirmation number. Write it down and present the number when you pick up your tickets at the box office before the match.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO "DRESS CROATIAN". Bring shirts, hats, scarves, flags in order to show your support. As seen during the recent FIFA World Cup, Croatian fans have shown that they love their athletes and the Croatian homeland. Let's do the same at the Rogers Cup and spur our tennis players to victory!
