What is "Career Networking"?

An opportunity to connect with people of like interests for the purpose of uncovering opportunities, identifying landmines and learning lessons from those who have previously traveled down a related path.

Who Should Attend?

University and college students of Croatian descent. Those interested in pursuing careers in areas such as BUSINESS (Accountants, Analysts, Bankers, HR, etc), EDUCATION (Teachers), ENGINEERING, SCIENCE (Doctors, Dentists, etc), ENTREPRENEURSHIP, SKILLED TRADES (Tool and Die, Electricians, etc), and MANY MORE!

What is the Purpose of the Event?

The Career Networking Event, sponsored by the Canadian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Croatian Students' Federation and the University of Toronto Croatian Students' Association, is a great opportunity for students to explore careers related to their majors and interests.

Students can find out about careers that may be of potential interest to them as well as job requirements while networking with an array of business owners/representatives and professionals.

"The Career Networking Event is an opportunity for Canadian-Croatian students to meet with our friends in the Canadian-Croatian business community," said Joe Draganjac, Chairman of the Student Liaison Committee of the Chamber. "Our students are fortunate to have an outstanding and willing group of participants at their disposal and we hope that they will take full advantage of the event."
